Detailed Itinerary:
1. Morning Transfer:
You'll be picked up from your accommodation in Livingstone around 7:00-7:30 AM.
2. Border Crossing:
The drive to the Kazungula border (the border between Zambia and Botswana) takes about an hour. You'll be met by a Botswana guide on the other side.
3. River Safari:
You'll board a boat for a morning game viewing cruise on the Chobe River, a great way to spot wildlife like hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species.
4. Lunch:
After the river cruise, you'll enjoy lunch at a restaurant, often overlooking the river.
5. Afternoon Game Drive:
Following lunch, you'll embark on an afternoon game drive in a 4x4 safari vehicle within Chobe National Park, searching for elephants, lions, and other animals.
6. Return Transfer:
The afternoon game drive will end in the late afternoon, and you'll be transferred back to the Kazungula border, then back to Livingstone, arriving around 6:30 PM.
